Although we ship in insulated packaging with coolants, from May through mid September we require that chocolates be shipped via Next Day Air. We offer other shipping options for products that are not affected by heat (e.g. sauces and baked goods). We recommend leaving a cooler outside for the shipper, or choosing a work address for delivery.

Unless shipped Next Day air we can not guarantee that chocolates will not melt.
